You may schedule an appointment in either of two manners: a Eval / Consultation or surgical appointment. If a diagnosis is unclear, or you wish to discuss options for a specific problem before scheduling surgery, choose an evaluation appointment. If your regular veterinarian has made a diagnosis and suggests a surgical correction, you may schedule a surgical appointment where you will meet with Dr. Henshaw to discuss the procedure to be performed that day. Most evaluation appointments will require x-rays, which are most often performed under anesthesia, so (as with a surgical appointment) please do not feed your pet the morning of their appointment.
Please bring a full history, any bloodwork or x-rays that your regular veterinarian has performed, and any medications or prescription food your pet is currently taking.
